About David Oun
I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics. One of the last things I thought I would do is go from a restauranteur to a realtor, but here we are and I love the business almost as much as I love my two dogs, Po and Tato. I have been fascinated with real estate from a young age and owned two homes by the time I turned 27. Throughout this journey, I learned many things along the way that I would love to support my clients on.
By using a mix of the latest marketing tools and my economic statistic analytical background, I can make sure you get the best bang for your buck whether you are buying or selling your home.
When I do find extra time to myself, I enjoy woodworking to wind down while my dogs watch from right under me. I love to cook and experiment with different kinds of cuisine, also with the dogs right under me. I love eating at new and unique restaurants, weather permitting for dogs on patios. And of course, I love a good day on the range, thankfully no dogs there.
