About Thuy Nguyen

Thuy Nguyen was born and raised in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area.  She has lived here all her life.  No matter where she travels, there is no place like home. Her hobbies are spending time with family, traveling, baking, and sports.  

She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance in 2006.  After graduating, Thuy started in the banking industry.  She excelled and made transitions from Customer Service to Lending to the Compliance Department within 5 years.  

In 2010, an opportunity came up for her to start her own business in the Energy Efficiency field.  Since then she has built a successful company in helping others conserve on energy.  

Building her first custom home with her husband in 2015, helped her to understand the building science of construction and ignited her interest in real estate.  As a team, they have started a remodeling business.      

Her passion for helping others has led her to becoming a Real Estate Agent and looks forward to helping others find their dream home. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivates her most.
