Experience You Can Count On
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Victor spent 6 years with the Army Corps of Engineers while attending The University of Texas at Arlington simultaneously. During this time Victor traveled with Army to remote areas of Guatemala to build schools and clinics. This experience has given him an advantage among his peers as he gained valuable skills with all aspects of building construction, including planning and cost management.
He graduated from UTA with a business degree and joined RE/MAX New Horizon as an investment oriented Realtor and quickly made the RE/MAX 100% Club for performance and dedication. He currently serves the North Dallas and surrounding cities. His specialty is brokering investment properties and multi-family portfolios in established markets, using only limited amounts of cash. He's an expert in negotiating distressed sales including HUD, Fannie Mae, wholesale, and county auctions. He's been privileged to provide $7 mm worth of investment homes to the largest turn key provider of cash flowing investment homes in the country. With this experience he's developed a strong understanding of property condition, renovation costs, creative financing, and remodeling strategies to squeeze all potential returns out of each investment.
