Where do we even start with Colby? He performs! He will give you what you expect out of a realtor.

Give this realtor a call, he is very professional, kind, and the most important thing to us is that he's honest. He never made a single mistake with us and always keeps is word. Colby has excellent attention to detail with his work.

He absolutely made this process work so well considering all that was involved with our VA loan and the Homes For Heroes program. There were times he was awake sending emails as late as 11pm and other times before 530am. This guy does not stop working and he does his job flawlessly. We never had to wait on him to get anything done. Any time we had questions Colby had the answers but even then he would go look up the information and still get back with us just to confirm it. Colby knows this industry very well.

Again, he made zero mistakes with us. He sets the bar as to what you want out of a realtor and then exceeds those expectations.

Call Colby, he's very friendly and easy to talk with.

One word sums it up!! AWESOME!!! Colby's service and dedication to take care of his clients is outstanding! Colby took whatever time was needed to educate, guide, and assist me with putting my home on the market MONTHS before I actually listed my house. Once it was listed, he went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. He kicked into overdrive when I had to move before the property sold. He made multiple trips to the property to assure me all was intact, to do upkeep, and to meet up with repairmen for several issues that arose once I was not living there. He pulled on his resources and did the legwork to find honest and trustworthy people to make repairs. I would recommend Colby for any and all real estate transactions.
